1.1 Order Acceptance
We are not obliged to accept your order. And we may or may not provide a reason why. Subject to order acceptance is down to your delivery and payment details and our stock availability. We may also cancel your order for any reason but you will be issued with a refund relevant to the cancellation.

1.3 Payment Taking
There are several steps towards purchasing a product at www.trinityaudioengineering.com. 1: Your order will be placed on our system and we will be notified of it. At this stage, no money will be assigned to us. 2: You will then be taken to the payment screen where you will enter your payment details. 3: Your order will then be processed instantly by shopify. If this stage fails, you will either need to retry your purchase or contact us for further information. Once you continue from this stage, you will be sent confirmation from us of your order, and a invoice for your payment for your order.
1.4 Customer invoice
The form located within your purchase confirmation email and on your account is your customer invoice. The invoice will list all the details of your order; Payment preferences, actual order, order number, delivery address, etc. The invoice also contains www.trinityaudioengineering.com company details.
1.5 Anti-Fraud Prevention
Security measures are put in place to ensure that all orders are legitimate and none-fraudulent. www.trinityaudioengineering.com has measures in place and is provided with tools that we can use to prevent fraudulent orders. If we believe that an order is fraudulent, we can acquire details from stripe about you, your delivery / billing address, and your credit / debit card.

1.6 Order Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, you can do so by contacting us within 1 hour of placing your initial order. Your order will be cancelled within 24 hours and your money will be returned to your account via a refund request. The money allocated to your order can take one to three business days, but may also take up to a week depending on what banking society you use.
Should you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we will be unable to do so unless you revoke the package upon delivery. If you have accepted the order you will need to contact us and we will process a RMA request. Please ensure that the package is not opened and is appropriately wrapped up for collection. If the void sticker or securing straps have been cut on the box is broke, you may not be entitled to a full refund.
Refunds have to be processed in our system and with our bank before they’re issued. Refunds are issued subject to the status of your order. If you do not follow our requirements for a return, you may not be issued with a full refund.
1.8 Item Availability
All information on the www.trinityaudioengineering.com website is subject to change at any time. If you place an order with us and the price changes after, you’re subject to the price of your order at the time it was placed.
TRINITY products on our website will be displayed whether they are in stock or not. Products that have “BackOrder” listed on them will be products that are currently out of stock, but with new stock arriving soon. We will always attempt to confirm on the site when new stock will arrive, however if you require confirmation, please contact us using the “Contact Us” page on our site.
If you purchase a product that is out of stock, we will aim to contact you within 24 hours with information on your order and alternatives. If you wish to cancel your order because of stock availability, we will process you a full refund accordingly. If you require any additional information about any of the products on our website, please feel free to contact us.

The price of each product is listed next to each products on the checkout page. This price includes VAT. TRINITY will charge you for this exact amount when processing your order.
In the unlikely event that the price shown on a product is incorrect, and we discover it before accepting your order, we’re not be liable to accept your order for the amount shown at purchase. If we discover a pricing error after purchase, we may ask you to pay the full amount shown after correcting the price or cancel your order and give you a refund.

All product descriptions and specifications are created by TRINITY. We aim to give you the most up to date information. However if you feel there is any error in our description/s please feel free to inform us so that any errors may be rectified.

If you change your mind, just return it unused, in its original condition with your receipt and we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. We are sorry if your item is damaged or faulty, please contact email@example.com and a member of the team will be happy to get you up and running again in the shortest time possible. We cannot issue full refunds if the product is not returned in its original condition or with parts/accessories missing.
